MSI Short Course State Champions!
In September 2003, the Makos joined the Courthouse offering year
round competative swimming for ages 5 to 18. In addition to
practices being held at the Lakeland Courthouse, Cypress Lake
Courthouse (Northeast Courthouse during cold weather). We also hold
practices at the Baptist Healthplex-Clinton. Our emphasis is on
teaching each child proper stroke techniques, games and "fun"
workouts, coupled with a sportmanship emphasis. The MAKOS long
range goal is that of optimum fitness without burnout for swimmers
of all ability levels.
